Review all triggers on the page and in your accepted Terms. They include major-label or comparable commercial releases, film/TV/advertising/games and paid sync, established commercial parties (not only signed artists), connected advances or fees of US$5,000 or more, lifetime gross revenue or royalties of US$10,000 or more, and deals requiring formal third-party clearance. Any one trigger can apply, including below the money thresholds. Projected revenue is a reason to request clearance early, not a statement that the actual revenue threshold has been reached. Ordinary self-service distribution alone does not trigger clearance.

Select the triggers that apply, then Start clearance request. If none apply, choose None of these apply. If you are unsure, review the criteria. Recheck before release if the project or deal changes.

Have the sample link, your name and contact email, track title, artist, release type and date, and proposed master and publishing allocations ready. You can mark the date as an estimate; an ISRC is optional. The allocations are proposals for the sample’s share of the new work, not proof of an agreed deal.

Submit only when the required fields and security check are complete. The received screen confirms submission, not clearance approval. Follow-up happens by email; there is no separate account-holder request dashboard.
