How the sample split works

50% Wavshare / 50% Creator Pool

For a qualifying Major Placement, the default economic split is 50% to Wavshare and 50% to the creator/collaborator pool of the consideration allocated to the sample, as specified in the accepted agreement. This is not half of the entire new work. Copyright ownership and publishing appointments require separate express signed agreements from the affected rights holders. Any different split must be agreed by the affected parties.
