Use this form to report copyright infringement or dispute the removal of your own material. Give us specific, accurate information so we can review the issue fairly and promptly.

Before you submit

A report is a legal claim, not a vote to remove someone’s work. We review notices for completeness and the information provided. Submitting this form does not automatically remove content, restrict an account, or restore a sample.

If two creators use the same licensed sample, that alone is not proof of infringement. Check the relevant permissions, licenses, and legal exceptions before making a claim.

For harassment, spam, or other concerns unrelated to copyright, use the content’s report menu or contact support.

Copyright submission

Submit a notice only if you own the copyright or are authorized to act for its owner. Sharing a licensed sample with another creator does not, by itself, establish infringement.

Describe your original work, or provide a representative list of works. Include titles and enough detail to identify them. Up to 3,000 characters.

List the specific Wavshare links, or enough information to locate each item. Identify the material at each location. Up to 5,000 characters.

Identify the copied portions, with timestamps where useful, and explain why the use is unauthorized. Consider licenses and applicable exceptions. Up to 3,000 characters.

Add links to original releases, dated records, licensing information, or other relevant evidence. A registration certificate or publicly released original is not required. Up to 3,000 characters.

What happens next

We review submissions promptly and may request clarification or missing information. When we receive a compliant infringement notice, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the uploader, and explain how to submit a counter-notification.

For a compliant counter-notification, we provide a copy to the original claimant. Under the DMCA process, access is restored no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receipt, unless we first receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

We may restrict or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Multiple reports do not automatically establish infringement; we consider the notices, responses, and outcomes.
