What happens after I submit a clearance request?
Find confirmation, understand email follow-up, and correct submitted details.
A successful submission ends with a received screen showing the email address for follow-up. There is no requester status page or in-app conversation. Wavshare does not send an automatic confirmation email to the person who filed, so the absence of an immediate email is not a reason to submit again.
The clearance team reviews the submission and follows up by email. Check the address you entered and your spam folder. Submission, review, and a proposed allocation do not themselves authorize a Major Placement; wait for the required clearance and agreed terms before release or delivery.
To correct a detail, change the project, withdraw the request, or ask for progress, reply to the team’s email. If you have no email thread yet, use support with the sample link, track title, submission email, and approximate submission date. Do not create a duplicate request to make a correction.
No guaranteed turnaround is stated. Ownership disputes or missing rights-holder approvals can block clearance, so submit before your release deadline and explain the intended date. A completed clearance records the outcome; it is not a payment receipt.
