A preview won’t play or has no sound
Check playback controls, sound output, and sample access.
Check the player volume, your device output, and whether the browser tab is muted. Start playback using the play control, then try another sample to see whether the problem affects one file or all audio.
If Wavshare reports that the preview could not play, try again after checking your connection. Reload the page if needed, after saving any unfinished work.
If only one sample fails, include its link in a support request. If all playback fails, include your browser and device and what happens when you press Play.
