A download failed or a pack is missing files
Separate transfer problems from sample eligibility.
Check your browser’s Downloads list and available device storage. Return to the sample or pack and start a fresh download instead of reusing an old file link.
For packs, review the completion summary. Skipped samples were not eligible; transfer failures mean an eligible file could not be fetched. Retry affected samples individually when possible.
If rights information or collective permissions block a download, retrying the transfer will not resolve the access issue. Contact support with the sample or pack link and the exact message shown.
