An upload failed or publishing is blocked
Check files, required details, and rights before retrying.
Check that the file is MP3 or WAV, within the displayed size limit, and that the upload queue has space. Keep your original file until publishing has completed successfully.
Review the form’s validation summary. A missing Rights Profile, unconfirmed sample rights, incomplete required details, or an unselected collective can block publishing.
If only part of a batch succeeded, check your profile before retrying so you do not publish duplicate samples. Include the error message, file type and size, and your browser in a support request.
