Confirm ownership and collaborator information
Check who owns a sample before making it available.
Review Sample Rights for each file. Use 100% me only if you are the sole owner; it fills ownership from your Rights Profile. Participant totals describe ownership within the creator pool and must total 100% for the master and, when applicable, publishing. The platform’s separate share is not another participant you should enter.
Choose the rights category that describes the audio. Publishing applies is required for composition-bearing categories such as melodies, vocals, and drum loops. The form allows it to be switched off for master-only categories such as Foley and sound design; the category must accurately describe the sample.
The upload form does not currently provide a collaborator invitation or split editor. If the sample has co-owners, do not select 100% me just to make it publishable. Arrange accurate ownership information with support before publishing; entering someone’s details is not evidence of their approval.
Do not assume that buying, downloading, or finding an audio file gives you permission to publish it as a Wavshare sample. Check the applicable rights and Wavshare’s Terms.
If ownership changes, is disputed, or needs correction, contact support with the sample link before continuing to share or license it. Entering participant details should not be treated as proof that every participant has approved them.
