Leave, remove a member, or archive a collective
Know what happens to samples and memberships.
Leaving or being removed changes access to the collective. The departing member’s public samples leave its catalog, and their members-only shares become Only me. Their original samples are preserved.
Owners can archive a collective. Archiving ends memberships, follows, and invitations and withdraws members-only shares; original samples stay with their producers.
If you are the owner and want someone else to run the collective, complete an ownership transfer first. Always read the confirmation for the action you choose.
