Reset a forgotten password
Recover access and resolve missing or expired recovery emails.
Use Forgot password if you cannot remember your Wavshare password. If you normally use Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Email link, try that same sign-in method first. Wavshare’s recovery form does not reset your Google or Apple password.
Check spam and junk folders if the recovery email is missing, and confirm that the address matches your account. Use the newest recovery email; if its link has expired or has already been used, request a fresh one. Do not share the recovery link or code.
If you no longer have access to the account’s email inbox, recovery cannot be completed through that inbox. Contact support with the account email and a description of the access problem. Recovering a password does not itself grant private-preview approval.
Steps to follow
- Open Forgot password and enter your account email.
- Complete the security check if shown, then submit the recovery request.
- Open the newest recovery link, choose a new password, and complete the reset form.
- Return to Sign in and use the new password.
